The program aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Foster future leaders and executives<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Support student personal and professional growth and development<\/li>\n<li>Exclusive networking opportunities<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Strengthen alumni engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Executive Fellow Program Commitment<\/h2>\n<p>Executive Fellows are asked to commit one academic year to the program, and the time commitment will be tailored to the availability of each Fellow. Most will attend campus a minimum of one time per year, participate in virtual check-in meetings and mentor one-two students. There may be an annual retreat and\/or a capstone event in which students share their final projects.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Provide guidance and mentorship to our student <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/engage\/student-leadership\/leadership-fellows-program\/\"><strong>Leadership Fellows<\/strong><\/a>, a selective program comprised of 20 of Adelphi\u2019s most accomplished students.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Serve as guest lecturer on topic(s) pertaining to their expertise<\/strong>, such as leadership, industry trends and career advice.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Serve as mentors<\/strong>, guiding students through their leadership journeys, offering career advice and facilitating professional connections.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Assist with internship opportunities<\/strong> for program participants.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Provide feedback and guidance<\/strong> on the Executive Fellows and Leadership Fellows programs, helping Adelphi build programs that have extraordinary impact on our students and community.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Meet Our Executive Fellows<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"clear: both;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-444 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/advancement\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2026\/06\/Paul-Akian-150x150.png\" alt=\"Paul Akian\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Z.
