Senior nursing major Kassie Vetrano volunteered at a hospital at the start of the pandemic to work with COVID-19-positive patients. After contracting the virus herself, she returned to her job once she recovered, determined to inspire patients as they battled the disease.

In January 2020 and January 2019, undergraduate students taking the Intersession International Business course with Pamela Buckle, PhD, MA 鈥�13, professor of management, and Joseph Sheldrick, MBA 鈥�97, adjunct faculty in decision sciences,聽were treated to a unique experiential learning and cultural immersion opportunity focused on China.聽

Anujot Kaur's family moved from Queens to Abbeville, Alabama, soon after she was born. Now, 17 years later, she's back in the area to earn her undergraduate degree in nursing at Adelphi.

While it was a challenging and in many ways tragic year, 2020 also saw 茄子视频 and its community highlighted in the news media at a high level.
