Student FAQs: Panther eBundle Program
Panther eBundle makes it easy to get your required course materials. Instead of buying your books separately, all required materials are included and ready for you before the first day of class鈥攅ither digitally through (Adelphi鈥檚 Learning Management System) or available at the Panther eBundle Pickup Area. For the Fall & Spring semesters it will be in the University Center rooms 116 – 119. The Summer & Winter Sessions will be in the bookstore, located in the University Center Lobby.

The Panther eBundle Program costs $30 per credit hour, and the total is added to your tuition bill. Thanks to Adelphi鈥檚 campus partnerships and bulk pricing, this can equate to a 60 percent savings when compared to buying your required textbooks and materials on your own.
In your Adelphi email, watch for information from the Adelphi Store (bookstore@adelphi.edu), Kortext (no-reply@kortext.com), Follett (shop@em.follett.com), (noreply@follett.com) and Brytewave (donotreply@redshelf.com). You will receive important details about your materials, including opt-out options and any relevant pickup instructions.
You鈥檒l get all the required course materials鈥攖his may include digital textbooks, printed lab manuals, workbooks or physical books, depending on the course.
Only required materials are included in the program. If your professor suggests recommended resources, like study guides or extra readings, you can buy those separately through the campus store or online.
Yes! Your professors continue to select both the physical and/or digital materials you will use in your courses.

Pick up physical materials for Fall 2026 at the Panther eBundle Pickup Area in the University Center, Rooms 116-119, during the following hours:
- Saturday, January 24, 2026: 10:00 a.m. 鈥 1:00 p.m.
- Monday鈥揟hursday, January 26鈥29, 2026: 9:00 a.m. 鈥 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, January 30, 2026: 10:00 a.m. 鈥 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, January 31, 2026: 10:00 a.m. 鈥 2:00 p.m.
- Monday鈥揟hursday, February 2鈥5, 2026: 9:00 a.m. 鈥 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, February 6, 2026: 10:00 a.m. 鈥 5:00 p.m.
- Closed on Sundays
- Added classes: You鈥檒l get new access emails within 24 hours.
- Dropped classes: Access will be disabled, and any required physical books must be returned to the campus store.
If you stay enrolled in a course, any physical materials provided through the Panther eBundle program are yours to keep. However, if you drop a course and no longer want or need the materials, you must return them to avoid being charged the full cost. Be sure to return them by the stated deadlines to qualify for a refund (minus shipping costs). The cost of materials not returned by the deadlines will be added to your student account.

You can access your digital course materials in via the “My Materials” link. Some publishers (e.g. Brytewave, Kortext) may also send your materials to your Adelphi email. Yes. You鈥檙e automatically enrolled each semester, but you can choose to opt out. You should make your decision by the current semester鈥檚 final add/drop date to avoid any costs. Opting out is done via the . Keep in mind:
- You鈥檒l be opting out of eBundle course materials for all courses, not just one.
- Opt out applies to all course materials for the semester, including all summer sessions and late-start courses regardless of start date.
- You will need to get all required course materials independently.
- You can expect the program fee to be removed from your bill in 72 hours.
- You must opt out each semester if that is your preference.
- If you change your mind, you can opt back in until the current semester鈥檚 final add/drop date.

- You will opt out of eBundle materials for all courses, not just one.
- You will be responsible for obtaining all required course materials independently.
- If you change your mind, you may opt back in through the current semester鈥檚 final add/drop date.
- You must return any physical course materials that have already been picked up to the bookstore before opting out. If those materials have not yet been picked up, email the bookstore at adelphi@bkstr.com to cancel them. Your opt-out will not be finalized until all physical items are returned and/or cancelled.
- The program fee is typically removed from your bill within 72 business hours. If not, email the bookstore at adelphi@bkstr.com before the opt-out deadline to confirm that your opt-out is complete.
Yes. If you change your mind, you can update your selection in the up until the current semester鈥檚 final add/drop date.
Once all steps are finished, the 鈥淥PT OUT鈥 button in your portal will change to an 鈥淥PT IN鈥 button. This confirms your opt-out is fully processed. For questions, contact Pantherebundle@Follett.com.
You cannot opt out of the program after the opt-out window closes, and you are responsible for the eBundle fee for that semester.
