We will talk about inclusivity and what it means to each resident. We will ask them to write their answer on a post-it note before we begin our discussion. We will hand out stickers, pins, and candies from different cultures and explain their significance. The residents will learn about different perspectives on inclusivity and diversity while they try various candies from different cultures and understand the candies significance.
