Come explore the environmental challenges impacting Latino communities, learn about environmental justice, and engage in meaningful conversation about creating healthier and more equitable communities.

Over the summer and throughout the first month of the semester, incoming first-year CSTEP students conducted research on the effects of nitrogen pollution on the environment.

Environmental issues such as pollution often disproportionately impact Hispanic and Black communities, highlighting the importance of understanding the connections between environmental health, equity, and social justice.
